Business Analyst w Solar Industry Experience

YOU ARE

You are definitely the right person for this opportunity in case you have the following skills and capabilities:

• Strong understanding and experience in using BA practices (5+ years) for requirements elaboration, management, solution validation
• Ability to evaluate and setup/adjust BA processes on the project
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Upper-intermediate+ English level
• Master's degree in an analytical discipline, engineering, or related field
• Solar energy domain proficiency
• Familiarity with solar systems key elements, installation and buying process
• Knowing different types of solar systems software

You are the perfect match for this role if you are experienced in:

• Working in IT with offshore teams
• Facilitating early project stages as BA: proposal preparation, scope definition
• Making stakeholders analysis
• Conducting workshops, user interview, other requirements gathering practices preparation
• Creating and exploring solar energy market researches
• Participating in the delivery of renewable energy project developments (primarily solar projects)

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Proposals preparation with all different parties and stakeholders and workflows
• Discovery phases and workshops covering all technical and business aspects of the deal
• Prototypes and proof-of-concept creation with their further presentation to the stakeholders
• Organizatization and translation business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements
• Conducting elicitation sessions
• Establishment and monitoring the requirements management processes throughout the project lifecycle
