Duties & Responsibilities:
- Apply product management and change management principles, methodologies and tools to lead the design and implementation of HR processes
- Conduct ongoing internal market research by means of surveys, interviews, observations, shadowing etc. to identify the root cause of existing/potential pain points and needs
- Define and analyze user/buyer personas and all relevant stakeholders to be involved in the change management initiatives
- Run pilots for designed processes, develop and evaluate the acceptance criteria
- Design and evaluate process metrics to monitor how implemented processes cover the identified pain points and needs and obtain inputs for continuous improvement and learning
- Develop change management initiatives roadmaps, plan and prioritize tasks in order to establish valid deadlines and reach them
- Cooperate closely with multiple cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management initiatives
- Cooperate closely with HRMS configuration team on requirements elicitation and solutions development
- Develop high-quality deliverables to reflect as-is, transition and to-be states, market research results, guidelines and training materials for effective implementation of designed HR processes
- Design, develop, deliver and manage the communication strategies related to HR processes implementation
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of prior change management experience
- Prior experience in consulting (desirable)
- Prior experience in HR (desirable)
- Proven experience and knowledge of product and change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Proven experience with large-scale organizational change management projects
- Upper intermediate level of English
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
