Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Global Talent Operations team and manage the first stage of the recruiting process.

Responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.  If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different roles, we'd like to meet you.

 

Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization and to manage an efficient model of operation
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search) and attract relevant professionals
  • Interact with potential candidates through creative messages on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack and Github)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain candidates' databases
  • Analyze and provide statistics on work effectiveness ( applicants-interviews-offers-hirings)
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Active participation in professional events and sourcing campaigns

 

Qualifications:

  • Good understanding of IT outsourcing industry
  • Strong understanding of Talent Sourcer's role
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Intermediate English level
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings) would be a plus
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) would be a plus
