Learning Solution Manager

IT - разработка ПО

Job Purpose: 

Develop and lead the implementation of learning solutions architecture targeted at improving skills, knowledge and behavior of Technical Schools direction audience.


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Collect and systemize managerial requirements and competency models for TechSchool directions
  • Work with stakeholders to define a long term and short term training needs
  • Align training needs with corporate Workforce Planning
  • Continuously collect the training needs within the target audience and verify that learning outcomes meet primarily defined needs
  • Work with Department Manager and stakeholders to get aligned on a strategic vision for department development
  • Work in various projects inside and outside of the team executing the tasks set to or by TechSchool
  • Ensure the successful implementation of learning solutions
  • Cooperate with experts and candidates to meet learning expectations and manage the business needs proactively and optimally
  • Schedule training classes, update materials, maintain documentation, learning curricula and other learning objects on the LMS; keep the events calendar for the organization
  • Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness; collect feedback to improve training; track and report on training outcomes; maintain employee training records
  • Coordinate the knowledge sharing process via involving associates into internal and external knowledge and experience sharing events and activities
  • Manage the training budget
  • Take part in regular operational Team meetings. Have 1:1 meeting with Head of TechSchool
  • Provide effective consulting and expert support for L&D organization and all stakeholders
  • Help develop an internal and external marketing strategy and PR for improving visibility and presence of the direction and its value to the company



Education -

  • Bachelor/Master degree

Specialized knowledge - 

  • Understanding the cycle of designing learning ecosystem
  • Understanding of SoftServe internal functioning
