Learning Coordinator (Mentorship)

Job Purpose: 

To ensure the mentorship process for technical directions at SoftServe, support the effective environment for maintaining professional development for employees of all levels. Fulfill the ongoing process of applying mentorship for covering complex competence development needs, track and collect information and feedbacks with the purpose of constant improvement of the business process. To establish and elaborate the learning culture through mentorship and experience sharing. To develop and follow learning processes tools and best practices.

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the Mentorship internal standards, mentors' database and base of knowledge and practice
  • Track, process and cover business needs with mentoring developmental tools as an integral part of corporate professional development
  • Maintain and continuously support the improvement of Mentorship services and mentors' competence to meet company needs of employees' professional development
  • Support and apply the transparent and proactive approach for involving employees into mentorship programs in mentor/mentee role, maintain collaboration and communication with the stakeholders
  • Support Mentorship operational activities, constantly implementing new best practice and approaches
  • Provide support for mentorship process, evaluate and improve mentorship effectiveness with the defined models
  • Apply and maintain Mentorship tools (process planning, analyzing information, enrollment participants, progress tracking, process evaluation, informing requestors, contributes and key stakeholders)
  • Maintain and promote Mentors' Community and mentorship competence development activities

 

Requirements:

Education and degree -

  • Master degree or above
  • Business & management education (desirable)
  • Psychology and pedagogy (desirable)

Specialized knowledge (desirable) - 

  • Understanding of software development company functioning
  • Understanding of SoftServe internal functioning
  • Understanding of Mentorship/Coaching/Consulting processes

Skills & abilities - 

  • English level: intermediate strong+
  • Knowledge of Mentorship/Coaching/Consulting methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-management and self-confidence
  • Well self-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking activities
  • Initiative, pro-activity and flexibility
  • Client orientation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills 

Experience (desirable): 

  • Experience of working in the professional development area 2+ year
  • IT HR of 2 years+
