About Project:

As long as our goal is to connect the dots between financial, medical and administrative parties by bringing the best quality into the implementation of business needs for our Customer - we are heavily relying on newest technologies in the field to make things happen. This implies developing a cloud-based platform that aims to incorporate the existing functionalities of several different application into one holistic solution. In order to address the intention, we have defined the key concepts to rely on. Modern UI design, reliability, high performance, easy extension, and mature architecture will enable bringing the solution to life.

Each team member will focus on best practices on how to create an innovative product for our Customer that will serve as a door opener further to the technological market across international companies. In order to achieve this, we bring different roles together to create a multifunctional team that mainly consists of Architects, Developers, Business analysts, Quality assurance engineers, Automation engineers, DevOps engineers, Project Managers, and Designers. All of the new coming members will get assistance and training from the core team members, who will serve as knowledge owners in order to facilitate the most efficient learning.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Capture the vision of the business area and client's specifics. Understand the client's business objectives and translate them to the development team
  • Establish and follow the requirements lifecycle processes
  • Analyze business and solution requirements, specify and document them to an appropriate level of detail suitable for use by the project team. Support requirements documentation using alternative views (e.g., diagrams, prototypes, scenarios)
  • Determine stakeholders influence and their attitude towards the project, solution approach, and team members. Plan and build communication strategy taking into consideration the project and stakeholders' specifics
  • Conduct elicitation sessions using an appropriate technique for a given situation. Document and confirm elicitation results
  • Manage the solution scope. Establish a change management process where applicable
  • Facilitate and/or lead the requirements prioritization process
  • Manage requirements traceability and track requirements status
  • Monitor requirements implementation and conduct solution acceptance
  • Monitor and improve the requirements processes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to the resolution

 

 

Requirements:

Education

  • Master degree or higher

Specialized knowledge

  • Understanding of software development operating specifics and outsourcing or offshore specifics
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Excellent knowledge of requirements lifecycle processes
  • Knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques
  • Knowledge of requirements management tools
  • Understanding of project management concepts
  • Understanding of business process modeling
  • Knowledge of prototyping and modeling tools

Skills & abilities:

  • Analytical skills to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, the ability to resolve conflicts
  • Scrum and Kanban frameworks
  • Strong problem solving and research skills, systems thinking, quick learning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
  • Strong self-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Result-orientation and attention to details
  • Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
  • High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback
