Solutions CoE (Center of Excellence) - is a team of highly professional folks, with the primary focus on technology covering software architecture, startups and enterprise technologies.

Our team provides the following major services to both internal and external clients: technical support during the sales process, proposals creation, architecture design, estimation, technology assessments, and comparisons, prototyping (technical, functional, and non- functional), discovery phases execution, troubleshooting and crisis management activities. 

The team consists of around 50 professionals and is consistently growing.

 

 

Requirements: 

Technical Skills

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce and hands-on experience knowledge and understanding of given technology: its ecosystem, pros, and cons, available modules and libraries. Hands-on experience in it
  • Skills and experience around integration, customization, and configuration of different types of tools (integration of modules to applications, APIs, services, data flows, etc.) 

Paperwork

  • Entry-level skills and basic experience in proposal drafting
  • Experience in designing, defining quality attributes and technical drivers, development of the application and solution-scale systems. Experience of work with architecture modeling tools (e.g. UML etc.)
  • Experience in creating technical specifications or architecture visions covering quality attributes, diagrams, associated risks, technical and system requirements

Team Work

  • Preferable proven experience in leading small teams of engineers to drive them, decompose the complexity to tasks, mentor them and back-up if needed, communicate and convince around that or another decision
  • Understanding of other stakeholders roles who do not report to the person but take very active participation during the design, decision making, selling, implementation and other activities (like the sales team, delivery team, etc.)

Soft Skills 

  • Fluent English is a must
  • Ability to communicate and advocate the proposed technical solution
  • Willingness to learn something new - either around core technology stack, or even new related technologies
  • Ability to estimate efforts and justify them in front of customer and delivery organization, efficiency in getting buy-ins from different parties
  • Positive thinking, good looking, friendly, polite, listening to others and considering different points of view, finding arguments to justify one or another decision, and adjust if needed
  • Willingness to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments
  • The desire to participate in different proof-of-concept and prototyping activities, technology assessments and comparison exercises
  • Good presentation skills - all important messages are to be delivered in a clear and certain way so that everyone (including non-technical persons) could have an understanding of why one or another decision took place

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Participation in proposals preparation with all different parties, stakeholders, and workflows
  • Estimation and scope decomposition
  • Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions
  • Technical specifications and architecture vision document creation
  • Technology assessments and comparisons
  • Participation in discovery phases and workshops covering all technical aspects of the deal
  • Prototypes and proof-of-concept creation with their further delivery and presentation to stakeholders
  • Participation in the implementation phase defining and creating the core of one or another system, transferring the knowledge to the team, monitoring the execution in the long run
  • Supporting delivery and sales organization during pre-sales activities or clients' visits
  • Interviewing potential candidates
