Certification Center Specialist

Job Purpose:

Plan, develop and implement a comprehensive program of internal and external certification corresponding to company needs. Collaborate with Competence Groups to create SoftServe own internal Certification levels based on competence requirements and grades. Conduct all Certified Administrator activities of Prometric, Pearson VUE, CASTLE, and Kryterion Certification Centers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Investigate and provide Certification Programs of the leaders in the certification industry as per company needs
• Support in developing/updating internal certification exams
• Collaborate with functional offices and other stakeholders to maintain the certification process
• Manage candidate registrations using the Prometric, Pearson VUE, Castle and Kryterion Testing System applications
• Support and consult personnel regarding preparation to internal and external certifications
• Update preparation resources for taking exams
• Handle financial activities associated with exams
• Document exams outcome
• Measure and analyze the technical, management and language skills of employees via certification
• Monitor candidates during testing sessions to make certification secured if required
• Communicate with the Testing providers to make sure the certification process meets their requirements
• Assist in the maintenance of existing certifications if required
• Renew membership in existing academic programs as well as investigate new ones
