Senior DevOps Engineer with GCP

About Project:  

We're working with the world's largest oil and gas companies. Our engagement includes different challengeable projects in this area. You will be involved in working with modern cloud platform - GCP and related tasks. Currently, our team consists of ML engineers, Python developers and waiting for seasoned DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities: 

• Administers and maintains source control repositories, build systems, build automation servers, and associated automation
• Work with other engineering team members to identify and implement infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring etc. improvements
• Designs, builds, operates and maintain production infrastructure hosted on GCP
• Contribute to infrastructure improvements, architecture, development, and deployment
• Contribute to roadmap development, execution, and releases.
• Creation and maintenance of product guides
• Backups and Recovery
• Develop and present environmental metrics when necessary
• Provide support for all aspects of cloud technologies with a heavy focus on new solution implementation by supporting developers to ensure on-time delivery of new cloud-based platforms
• Assist the team in achieving established goals and departmental objectives

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Knowledge and experience with GCP
• Strong understanding of Automation Scripting using different languages 
• Understanding of modern software engineering patterns, including those used in highly scalable, distributed, and resilient systems
• English - upper intermediate
