Recruitment Assistant/Talent Sourcer

Job Intro:

Job Purpose:

Assure the efficient process of searching candidates for open vacancies and provide staffing services to SoftServe internal customers. General assistance and support of the recruitment process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research candidates, define and share information about sources where to find an appropriate candidate
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance
• Gather information about the external market and participate in analyses of current trends
• Organize and conduct an HR interview
• Organize and participate in a technical/project interview
• Provide feedback to the candidate and consult with career development
• Maintain all general information regarding recruiting processes in the HR database

Requirements:

• Knowledge of searching technics is very appreciated
• Basic understanding of software development company functioning
• Basic understanding of software development specifics
• Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
• Knowledge of interviewing technics

Experience
