Digital Project Manager

Technology center DTEK Oil&Gas is looking for Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement a clear and compelling Digital Development Program for the DTEK Oil&Gas future to ensure all DTEK Oil&Gas strategy goals and tasks.
• Ensure that digital initiatives are fully integrated with the DTEK Oil&Gas business’ processes, including leadership commitment and resource allocation
• Seek digital technologies and innovation to solve DTEK Oil&Gas challenges
• Work with teams across the business to generate innovative digital solutions for products, services, processes, and business models
• Own and monitor the digital technology project portfolio
• Build, manage, and continue to grow a digital innovation ecosystem, both internal and external
• Identify new tools (AI, digital, CRM) that can support and enhance DTEK Oil&Gas processes
• Day-to-day management and effective operation of all digital projects from concept to delivery
• Planning digital campaigns from concept to delivery
• Provide end-to-end project management
• Scope project requirements and prepare the budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor the progress
• Updating key stakeholders on project status
• Close collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects

Required skills and qualifications:

• Three to more years of experience in a similar role designing and launching digital programs (including the Digital project manager, IT project manager, etc.)
• Proven leadership of successful digital transformation projects  with examples of work
• Proven experience providing strategic direction in the strategy and implementation of information systems and digital technologies
• Understanding of core Oil&Gas business processes and their associated technical solutions
• Experience managing large and complex digital projects, mobile and web apps
•  Demonstrated ability to manage projects under challenging and pressurized scenarios
• Experienced in a range of project management software, including Prince2, Agile, and Waterfall
• An innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
• Experience in managing and leading a digital team
• Proven skills for influencing and collaborating with coworkers
• Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
• Strong creative, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
• English - Upper Intermediate
• Eхperience in implementing digital projects at an oil and gas business
• Degree or certification in business, technology, or engineering
• Multidisciplinary background with an understanding of business and technology
• Basic knowledge and skills in the oil and gas business
• Experience in developing enterprise digital development programs
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• A passion for problem-solving
• Experience in IT management
• PM certification (IAPM, MPM, CSM, CAPM)
