Strategy and Finance Analyst

Main responsibilities:

• Corporate and business strategy development, implementation and monitoring;
• Financial modeling and business valuation, support in capital allocation and investment activities assessment;
• Cooperation with management consulting and business valuation firms;
• Analysis of the world energy markets, trends as well as benchmarks of the major energy companies;
• Forecasting the macroeconomic indicators, energy markets, energy prices and tariffs (including Ukraine);
• Synthesizing the main findings in compelling and high impact presentations;
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from the senior management relative to market data and analysis;

Main requirments:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management or Economics.
• Experience in consulting (corporate finance, management consulting), investment / private equity funds or investment banks;
• Experience in financial modeling, business valuation and investment management;
• Experience in strategy or corporate finance role of a large and vertically integrated companies (energy/utility companies is a plus);
• Full proficiency with Power Point and Excel (incl. financial modeling);
• Fluency in English is required. Working proficiency in Russian is a plus;
• Knowledge of the energy/utility sector is a plus;
