Project Management Officer (non IT)

Responsibilities:
• Planning and overseeing projects across all company and functions (finance, business development, product, risk, commerce, HR, IT etc.) to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget
• Composing projects program to assure company’s budget and strategy is achieved
• Controlling and reporting over projects developments at all stages
• Tracking KPIs of the project
• Introduction and support of efficient methodologies and instruments to manage projects
• Assessment of risks, resources and profitability of the projects.
• Assistance in managing risks, resources and timely delivery of projects
• Maintaining and assuring project documentation in accordance to Company requirements and best practices
• Support of project managers in planning and execution of projects
• Couching of project managers
• Managing own projects

Requirements
• 3-4 year experience in project management
• Successful track record as a project manager in deliver of project
• Decent understanding of fintech business
• Some deep knowledge in core areas, where one can manage own project would be a plus (product, risk, finance, IT etc)
• Experience in IT is a plus but not a must have
• Experience in working in start ups and international business environment is highly welcomed
• Experience with project management and planning tools (at least Jira, ClickUp, MS Power Point, MS Excel, etc)
• Comfort with agile approach
• Any project management certification would be a plus
• Fluent written and spoken English as it is a main language in the Group
