Finance/Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
• To handle day to day transactions: uploading bank statements, maintaining entries for sales, purchases, etc.
• To keep account books up to date
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (GAAP, IFRS), rules, regulations, etc.
• To assist in the preparation of the various financial reports
• To assist with and act as the primary contact for auditor requests and other compliances

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• 2-5 years of accounting/finance experience
• Solid understanding of accounting rules and general knowledge of taxation
• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with accounting software (1C, NAV, SAP, others)
• Knowledge of English at the level not lower than upper-intermediate
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Highly detail-oriented
• Ability for fast learning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
