In-house Lawyer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in everyday management of legal matters of the Group and perform overall legal supervision of the Group’s transactions, business activity, projects
• Set up internal legal policies for the Group companies (Agreement\s, POAs, Inspections, Claims management, etc.)
• Draft and review corporate documents and business agreements (charters, minutes of shareholders meetings, service agreements, LOIs, Comfort letters, MEMOs of understandings, rent agreements, loan agreements, NDA, other business agreements)
• Draft memorandums, legal summaries, and legal opinions on various business issues
• Advise on regulatory issues, including licensing, obtaining of permits and approvals required for performance of company’s activity according to Indian law

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in law
• Proven law experience (2,5+ years)
• Proven background on corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing laws)
• Excellent negotiation and communications skills
• Administrative and managerial skills
• Analytical ability and strong attention to detail
