RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write easy-to-follow reference material in plain English
• Prepare and maintain user documentation
• Analyze and update existing content
• Collaborate with technical staff and SMEs to get the necessary information
• Research, analyze, understand the project. Conduct user testing of project features
• Design documentation templates and standards
• Ensure uniformity and consistency of the narration style in the created content according to the corporate templates and standards
• Keep task backlog up-to-date

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2-3 years English language documentation authoring
• Excellent written and spoken English, as well as proficient communication skills
• Expert in creating clear, concise language and sentence structure
• Template design experience
• Experience in Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
• Attention to detail
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to work on several projects in parallel
• Writing samples preferred

Nice to Have... 

• Experience in Finance is a big advantage
• Knowledge of Markdown and HTML will be a plus
• Experience with issue tracking systems will be a plus (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
• Experience with image and video editors
• Experience in cross-team collaboration
