HR Manager/ Recruiter

Talent acquisition, in charge of bringing worldwide talent and presenting job opportunities. Participation in the company's growth through recruitment programs.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates, preparing internal and external job advertisements, web postings.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
• Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Contact candidates, arrange interviews and develop appropriate recruitment processes for each position in collaboration with the HR manager.
• Specifications of job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs.

Skills:

• Experience in recruiting
• Knowledge of English is a must (other languages' ll be a plus)
• Enjoys success and encourages a winning culture
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to discern and prioritize business needs to meet short and long term goals
