We are looking for a professional Affiliate manager with experience for international marketing company.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively represent the company through owning and managing key relationships with most strategic clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow client spend through data analysis, research and optimization.
• Possess strong communication and analytical skills to provide thoughtful and comprehensive campaign insights and reporting.
• Manage multiple advertisers & publishers; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points.
• Responsible for day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA, and campaign optimization.
• Understand customer goals and key performance metrics, and utilize company resources and analytical tools to exceed those goals throughout the campaign.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year experience.
• Partnership management /Account management experience.
• Solid business development and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mind with experience in data mining and optimizations; including excel.
• Experience working with DSPs/SSPs, Ad Networks and platforms.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic.
• Pro-activity; ability to work independently; Tenacious; Goals oriented.
• Excellent teamwork and communications skills - both inside and outside the company.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, responsible, creativity.
• Fluent English is a must, other languages are a plus.
