Aspect Translation Company is a global provider of translation and localization services, established in 2011. We specialize in translation from English, German, and French to Eastern European languages using state-of-the-art CAT tools.

Qualifications
- Three years of experience in account management
- Related working experience in the translation business will be an advantage
- English language skills – Upper-Intermediate and above
- Strong communication skills, negotiation skills with clients
- Knowledge of project management basics
- Desire to learn and grow
Essential functions / role goals
- Team management and work planning
- Participation in communication with new clients
- Analysis and adjustment of the team workload
- Optimization of business processes aiming at the team efficiency improvement
- Training and evaluation of project management staff, feedback provision based on the evaluation results
