Aspect Translation Company is a global provider of translation and localization services, established in 2011. We specialize in translation from English, German, and French to Eastern European languages using state-of-the-art CAT tools.

Qualifications

1. Three years of experience in account management
2. Related working experience in the translation business will be an advantage
3. English language skills – Upper-Intermediate and above
4. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills with clients
5. Knowledge of project management basics
6. Desire to learn and grow

Essential functions / role goals

1. Team management and work planning
2. Participation in communication with new clients
3. Analysis and adjustment of the team workload
4. Optimization of business processes aiming at the team efficiency improvement
5. Training and evaluation of project management staff, feedback provision based on the evaluation results
