Customer Service Manager

Aspect Translation Company is a global provider of translation and localization services, established in 2011. We specialize in translations from English, German, French to Eastern European languages using the most advanced CAT Tools on the market.

We are looking for Customer Service Manager to provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth;
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution;
  • Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission;
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget;
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.

 

Your daily tasks and duties will include:

  • Helping to build good customer relations;
  • Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff);
  • Arranging promotional events;
  • Training and development.

Schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday, 09.00-18.00.
