Lead Generation Manager (IT Service)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in outbound Lead Generation (LG) in IT Service
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Successful track record of developing and executing outbound LG campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • English B2-C1

Competitive advantage:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outbound LG strategies to generate new leads
  • Plan and execute LG campaigns across various channels: email, social media, cold calling, etc.
  • Qualify and analyze leads: identify their needs
  • Communicate with potential clients primarily through a written form (oral communication — is a big plus)
  • Tailor individual communication strategies for each client: create effective proposal messages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, including messaging, landing pages, and email templates
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates, lower cost per lead, and better ROI
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure effective lead management
  • Adherence to MQL and SQL qualifications and follow-up
