Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in outbound Lead Generation (LG) in IT Service
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Successful track record of developing and executing outbound LG campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- English B2-C1

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement outbound LG strategies to generate new leads
- Plan and execute LG campaigns across various channels: email, social media, cold calling, etc.
- Qualify and analyze leads: identify their needs
- Communicate with potential clients primarily through a written form (oral communication — is a big plus)
- Tailor individual communication strategies for each client: create effective proposal messages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative assets, including messaging, landing pages, and email templates
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates, lower cost per lead, and better ROI
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure effective lead management
- Adherence to MQL and SQL qualifications and follow-up
