IT Business Analyst

Role :
We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to implement business systems to participate in the company's internal IT projects. The main responsibilities will include analysis, development of requirements, and maintenance of relevant documentation on the involved internal projects, such as: creating a data exchange system between different business systems of the company (BAS ERP, CRM, Jira, ...); development of changes in the company's internal business processes, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in communication with internal or external customers.
• Analysis, development, structuring, documentation of requirements.
• Development tasks creation, taking an active part in implementation planning.
• Advising developers and detailing requirements.
• Analysis and development of requirements according to change requests.
• Maintaining project documentation, timely changes.

Required skills and knowledge:

• Good analytical skills, experience in requirements analysis and formalization.
• Understanding of principles and involved technologies of development.
• Understanding of principles of Agile development.
• Fluency in working with Microsoft Office Products.
• Experience in working with JIRA or other Task-Management systems.
• Wireframing/Prototyping toolset.
• Understanding of BPMN and UML.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• English from the Intermediate level.
