Role description: Viseven is looking for Talent Acquisition Manager to join our strong and professional team. We are looking for an experienced, progressive, energetic team member to find qualified and engaged candidates and consistently support the growing hiring needs at all the company's offices.

Your daily activities will be:

  • Cooperate closely with hiring managers, act as an adviser in the hiring process
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, make all the participants feel comfortable with each stage
  • Conduct HR interviews
  • Create reports, use data to analyze, identify and report on trends, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement
  • Oversee the hiring process to create a positive experience for candidates
  • Analyze vacancies requests, create detailed and attractive vacancy descriptions
  • Research the market, be on trend with the recruiting instruments and share experience with colleagues
  • Promote Employer Brand by creating interesting and engaging recruiting content and sharing it via different channels (company’s career site, job boards, social media, talent networking events, job fairs, etc)

We’re looking for a person who:

  • Has at least 1-year experience in the recruitment of IT specialists
  • Self-motivated and with an active approach, comfortable with a fast-paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment
  • Not indifferent: feels calling to build trusting relationships both with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strives to learn and development
  • Experienced with creating efficient sourcing strategy, methods of candidates evaluation, and effective negotiations
  • Strong English skills in written and verbal communications (Upper-intermediate or higher)
  • Able to analyze the data and create actionable insights
  • Team player
