Marketing Brand Manager

    The rapidly expanding team includes more than 500+ highly-skilled tech- and non-technical experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vynnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA). 

    Role description: The mission of the Marketing Brand manager is to lead our brands adapting a brand strategy for a company's target market. As the 'brand guardian', brand manager maintains brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications. 

    Key responsibilities:

    • To conduct segmentation and brand positioning 
    • Develop and implement the research-based brand strategy (key messages, value proposition, price model)
    • Develop marketing plan and successfully implement it
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message
    • Anticipate consumer trends, keep the brand up to date
    • Collaboration with colleagues across multiple departments (such as sales team, account managers, business analytics, support, etc.)

    Required Skills & Knowledge:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Brand/Product Manager in the IT industry
    • Demonstrated success in defining and launching IT solutions
    • Marketing/brand strategy development and implementation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
    • English, Ukrainian - fluent
