IT Project Manager

Role description:

We're looking for an experienced and goal-oriented Project Manager, who is ready to apply all his experience and skills. On this position you will be responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.

• Determine projects' scope, responsibilities, and deadlines for each team member;
• Make sure that all the projects is being completed effectively on time and on budget;
• Coordinate changes and be willing to adapt if necessary;
• Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive throughout the project;
• Validate and create reports for upper management with different level of details;

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management;
• Experience with WEB projects;
• Ability to do requirement analysis, design architecture, estimate efforts, interview candidates;
• Solid understanding of Software Development Cycle (SDLC) models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment;
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence;
• Highly communicative, goal oriented person with strong leadership attitude;
• Team player with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
• Experience in working with Jira and other PM's tools;
• Upper-intermediate English;
