HR Manager

    The rapidly expanding team includes 350+ experts: front- and back-end developers, BA specialists and managers who create, localize and customize applications at 8 offices: in Kyiv, Zhytomyr and Vynnytsia (Ukraine), Tallinn (Estonia), Saint John (Canada), and Bridgewater, NJ (USA).


    Role description:

    Viseven Team is looking for an energetic self motivated individual with good English and strong willingness to develop in HR. Currently we have an excellent opportunity for you! Working with us you will be able to grow professionally and have a lot of fun.

    • Provide first line support to the specialists and managers on Human Resources issues, including answering questions, researching and resolving issues
    • Actively participate in all HR activities: onboarding, performance review, probation period control, termination, retention process, policies and procedures creation, etc.
    • Promote the corporate culture, the values and mission of the company
    • Cooperate with the marketing team for building and evolving our employer brand, monthly newsletter creation etc
    • Work with the specialists, identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining positive atmosphere in the company
    • Organize company events, team-buildings, birthday celebrations, thematic parties, educational seminars etc.
    • Analyze and evaluate learning needs analysis and feedback to propose recommendations of learning solutions and improvements


    Required skills and knowledge:

    • University degree
    • English language is a must!
    • 1+ year of experience in HR Manager role
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR functions, such as performance management, career planning, C&B, learning and development etc
    • Ability to learn and retain new information quickly
    • Ability to handle multitasking productively
    • Advanced communication and mediation skills
    • Ability to generate alternative solutions
    • Great team player: optimistic, futute-focused, organized, accountable, flexible
