Role Responsibilities

• Administration and configuration Atlassian Products (Jira Software, Jira ServiceDesk, Confluence)
• Implementation of business processes of internal and external customers in Atlassian products.
• Implementation of exchange procedures between Atlassian Products and other systems (CRM, ERP).
• Server infrastructure software support of Atlassian Products, finding and fixing problems. Test and implementation of new Add-ons.

Required Professional skills and knowledge

• Experience in deploying and updating Atlassian Products, finding and fixing problems.
• Experience in Atlassian Jira and Atlassian Confluence administration experience.
• Experience in work with API Jira.

Will be a plus

• Experience of Automation for Jira usage
• Experience of ScriptRunner for Jira usage
• Experience in Jira integration with external systems
