Small business Credit Manager

«PRAVEX BANK» JSC, bank of Intesa Sanpaolo group looking for Small business Credit Manager

General requirements:

• Higher economic or financial education.
• Experience in the relevant or adjoining position in Small Business at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of the main provisions of IFRS, the basic elements of tax legislation, consolidation procedures.
• Mastering of credit analysis techniques, including financial modeling and industry analysis.
• Demonstrating skills of structuring of credit transactions
• Basic knowledge of major small business credit products.
• Intermediate English

Key responsibilities:

• Setting up the underwriting process of Small Business credit products
• Conducts risk-assessment of the clients, provides mitigation measures, issues recommendations on credit limits and financing structure for decision-bodies.
• Develops risk-assessment framework for rule-based lending (rules, forms) of Small Business segment, proposes and describes area of automation.
