Head of accounting and finance

We are looking for an experienced Head of accounting and finance to lead and manage controlling, accounting and tax team.

 Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee the entire Finance team (including tax, treasury, controlling) - 18 people;
• Delivering a full range of tax compliance, Identify and mitigate tax risks;
• Manage and coordinate tax audits;
• Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure full compliance with local and global policies;
• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations;
• Ensure monthly closing in SAP;
• Perform cash flow forecasting, participate in budgeting;
• Oversee finance function (forecast & planning, budgeting, factor analysis), PO confirmation, control of full P&L, including presentation of results;
• Responsible for analysis and recommendation for business in terms of pricing, margin, parameters, etc
• Ad-hock requests and analysis for HQ and business leaders; Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.

Qualifications:

• Finance degree;
• At least 5 years of experience in finance (3 of them on Manager position);
• Ability to work within time framework;
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills;
• Knowledge of management reporting, accounting and taxation, IFRS;
• English - Upper-Intermediate.
