Responsibilities
Creation, adaption and revision of game design documentation
Create, assess, re-balance and tune gameplay/levels
Help analyze (real-time) feedback and metrics, and adjust gameplay accordingly
Help integration of art assets using in-house tools in Unity (assets, animations, vfx, sounds etc)
Work with the team to ensure game consistency
Preparing asset requirements for artists and developers
Contributing to the improvement of user experience in the games
Requirements
At least 1 project delivered from scratch to release
1+ year as Game Designer in Mobile Games domain
Good knowledge of Photoshop and Presentation tools (Powerpoint, Google presentation etc.)
Good analytical skills
Passionate about mobile games and have a vast 'track record' as a player
Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
Will be a plus
Experience with Assets Bundles and/or basic programming
Working with script and assist developers
Basic drawing skills
Live-ops experience
