Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Record financial transactions for project, department, or company. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions. Document financial transactions by entering account information
• Book-keeping for monthly management accounts across 3X Malta companies
  
• Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
  
• Maintain records and support auditing efforts
  
• Preparations of finance-related documentation (invoices, acts of reconciliations etc.)
• Corporate banking reconciliations
  
• Payments processing
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Accountant with minimum 2 year experience
  
• Knowledge of accounting terms and concepts
  
• Understanding of finance regulations and legislation
  
• Knowledge of business strategy and methodology
  
• Analytical skills, Critical thinking skills, Organisational skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Business Administration with aspecialty in Finance preferred
  
• High intermediate level of English
