Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions for project, department, or company. Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions. Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Book-keeping for monthly management accounts across 3X Malta companies
- Prepare financial statements for internal and external use
- Maintain records and support auditing efforts
- Preparations of finance-related documentation (invoices, acts of reconciliations etc.)
- Corporate banking reconciliations
- Payments processing
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Accountant with minimum 2 year experience
- Knowledge of accounting terms and concepts
- Understanding of finance regulations and legislation
- Knowledge of business strategy and methodology
- Analytical skills, Critical thinking skills, Organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Corporate Finance or Business Administration with aspecialty in Finance preferred
- High intermediate level of English
