Chief Financial Officer(CFO) / Head of Finance

Mission  

Design and implement the entire finance function for a growing company in Ukrainian E-Com. One of the significant top management roles. Direct communication with CEO, founder, and shareholders. 

Key Objectives

• Cutting-edge soft, automation, and visualization in the finance functions.
• Manage bright team members for all streams: Management accounts, Budgeting, Treasury, IFRS, statutory accounts, and taxation.
• The transition of existing finance process into a newly designed function.

 Quality target

• Create best-on-the-market financial data reporting.
• Set to the team the company's best practices and permanent improvement.

 Challenges

• Permanently changing environment and out of-the-box-decisions.
• Management and quick improvement of current financial function during a transition period.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience at Big4 and in a Management role.
• ACCA qualified
• CFA is a plus.
• English advanced level.
• Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
• International finance experience is a plus.
