We are looking for an Office Manager / Business & Team Assistant
What are my responsibilities?
- Guest management, incoming calls, courier and post service including invoices
- Team support with general administration activities such as business trips/expense claims, office logistics
- Documentation, archiving and registration of correspondence
- Manage the Office and Kitchen supply, food cards
- Calendar Management, Scanning
- AC support with PO's, handling it's invoices up to payments
- Business support with tender documentation, payments, follow up meetings, translations
What do I need to be qualify for this job?
- We are looking for an office manager with at least two years of experience, which will support our team
- You will need to be organized, proactive with great communication skills
- Previous worked with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word
- Finance background -preferred
- English speaker a must, other language will be an asset
- SAP knowledge - an advantage
