We are a Ukrainian-Danish IT company with 15 years of experience in software development. At present we are about 175 people, located in Lviv with small office in Khmelnytskyi. We are well established reputable company with a 30% growth rate during the last two years.

We are looking for highly motivated, open-minded and professional person with experience in management to be a Driver and Lead for our newly created HR department. We highly value our employees who work with us for a long time as well as we are open and welcoming new professionals in our teams.

You will become part of Management Group in company and be responsible for creating and implementing HR and recruitment strategy that should cover keeping employees in company happy and motivated, search and engage new people into the company, support and spread internal culture. There will be 3 main areas of responsibilities related to Recruitment, HR and HR-marketing.



  • Creating and implementing HR strategy in close cooperation with Management Group;
  • Be a Driver of changes in processes for a whole Company;
  • Ensuring match with company goals and values;
  • Budget planning, compensation and benefit program management for all employees;
  • Planning human and other resources for efficient functioning of HR department;
  • People management within HR department (HR, HR-marketing and Recruitment teams in total 6+ people);
  • Ensuring proper performance reviews processes across all Units;
  • Tracking department performance efficiency, introducing KPIs and preparing periodical reports;
  • Close cooperation with business unit leaders on currently opened vacancies;
  • Define and implement our brand building strategy (social media presence, PR, advertising campaigns etc.)
  • Planning and organizing internal and external events;



  • At least 5 years of experience working on management position;
  • Experience as head of recruitment, senior HR-manager are highly desired;
  • Experience working in rapidly growing companies is desired;
  • Excellent understanding of the current state of IT industry in Ukraine, in particular state of local labor market;
  • Solid understanding of how local IT companies function;
  • Excellence in People management;
  • Intermediate and higher English
