REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment is a must
- Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
- Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Proactiveness
- Intermediate English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting
- Negotiating with potential candidates, screening CVs
- Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews
- Nurture passive and active candidates pipeline
- Implement all your creative and innovative ideas in recruitment, sourcing and employer branding
- Job market analysis and reviews
