• In small agile cross-functional teams with dedicated Product Owner and in close collaboration with QA and DevOps engineers
• We align the vision of our goals by conducting joint workshops every couple of months
• All team members have several trips to Copenhagen per year

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cooperation with Product Owner and other stakeholders
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
• Coaching and sharing Agile/Scrum principles among a team members
• Planning sprints, monitoring and controlling tasks flow, reporting to customer
• Being an initiative and active member of Management Team
• Establishing, supporting and optimizing the processes within the teams and on higher levels

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of Scrum master experience or working on management position in software development companies
• Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines
• Experience working with high professional teams and technically complicated products
• Excellent understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
• Excellent time management, organizational and presentation skills
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent English and perfect communication skills

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Scrum master certification
• Experience working with multiple Product Teams
• Experience with SoS/SAFe/LeSS etc.
