We are a Danish IT company with 14 years of experience in software development. At present we are about 130 people, all located in Lviv. In 2018 we experienced a rapid growth of about 30%, plus currently we have a lot of open positions so there still is a lot of room for further growth.

We are looking for experienced professional who will join and lead our team of recruiters and take our recruitment activities to the next level. You would be responsible and directly involved into search of candidates for currently open vacancies. First of all, this would include coordination of recruitment efforts made by your team, and, when justified, looking for candidates yourself.

Not less importantly, you will be responsible for improving our internal recruitment processes, as well as defining and implementing long term recruitment strategy for the company. The latter would include activities aimed at brand building, like organizing or sponsoring events, maintaining and developing our presence in social media, defining content for our careers website etc.



  • At least 7 years of experience in recruitment at local IT companies;
  • Experience as head of recruitment or in similar role is highly desirable;
  • Experience working in recruitment teams of rapidly growing companies;
  • Excellent understanding of the current state of IT industry in Ukraine, in particular state of local labor market;
  • Solid understanding of how local IT companies function;



  • Strong analytical skills, ability to view problems holistically, and approach solving them in systematic manner;
  • Strategic mindset, ability to think in terms of business needs, strong leadership qualities;
  • Ability to work without supervision, great organizational skills;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, advanced English;
  • Ability to suggest ideas, convey them to others, and drive their implementation;



  • Coordination of day-to-day operations of recruitment department;
  • Close cooperation with business unit leaders on currently open vacancies;
  • Plan human and other resources for efficient functioning of recruitment department;
  • Develop and maintain standard recruitment procedures, adopt tools and best practices, define and collect key performance indicators;
  • Define and implement long term recruitment strategy;
  • Define and implement our brand building strategy (social media presence, PR, advertising campaigns etc.);
