We are a Danish IT company with 14 years of experience in software development. At present we are about 130 people, all located in Lviv. In 2018 we experienced a rapid growth of about 30%, plus currently we have a lot of open positions so there still is a lot of room for further growth.
We are looking for experienced professional who will join and lead our team of recruiters and take our recruitment activities to the next level. You would be responsible and directly involved into search of candidates for currently open vacancies. First of all, this would include coordination of recruitment efforts made by your team, and, when justified, looking for candidates yourself.
Not less importantly, you will be responsible for improving our internal recruitment processes, as well as defining and implementing long term recruitment strategy for the company. The latter would include activities aimed at brand building, like organizing or sponsoring events, maintaining and developing our presence in social media, defining content for our careers website etc.
