Tickets.ua Family is looking for Functional Support Agent!

Position requirements:

• B2 or higher level of English;
• Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian;
• Experience working with global distribution system is a must;
• Proven knowledge and working experience with Amadeus, Sabre, Sirena;
• Emotional resilience;
• Attentiveness to details;
• Willingness to learn every day.

Responsibilities:

• Tickets issuance and re-issuance;
• Tickets refund processing;
• Working with GDS queues.
