Account executive

IT Company is looking for a responsible Account Manager - a pro-active, efficient personal. We expecting from an Account Manager, he will be able to work with a big projects, negotiations at the level of top executives of companies and is able to identify business needs in multiple segments.

 Job functions:
- Carrying out high-quality communications with current clients;
- Managing the full transaction cycle - from the first contact to contract execution, receipt of payment and delivery of the project results to the Customer;
- Identifying the customer needs and selection of optimal solutions;
- Building long-term partnership liaisons with the Customers of the Company;
- Monitoring deadlines to be met by Clients towards their obligations under contracts;
- Making, correct and complete the letters to be sent to the Clients;

- Conducting meetings and presentations (in the Client's venue, in the office, Zoom platform, etc.);

We expect that you have:
· Higher education;
· Experience in sales of IT solutions, understanding of the transaction cycle, the ability to successfully complete the lead before executing a contract, experience in presentations;
· A successful experience in engaging and developing corporate clients, negotiations with top management of companies, access to decision-makers and decision-influencers;
· Understanding of the subject area — we provide IT services in the field of consulting, CRM, EdTech products, B2C services;
· Self-consistency, willingness to understand specifics of solutions;
· Computer proficiency, knowledge of CRM, Excel knowledge;
· A high level of communication skills, the ability to identify needs and retain the attention to the client.
