IT Recruiter (part time)

Main duties include following:

• Drive full-cycle recruitment process including  sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates;
• Prepare recruitment materials and post vacancies on an appropriate job board, social media, etc;
• Working with internal HR database;
• Filling personal reports on a regular basis (reports on daily recruitment activities in telegram bot)
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT companies;
• Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools;
• Good spoken and written business English skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Result-oriented, active position in the work;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines;
• Understanding the key roles in the IT outsourcing business.
