Responsibilities:

• Technical support for employees
• Selection and purchase of equipment, preparation of equipment for new employees, and record-keeping of equipment
• Maintaining the office's network
• Improving and automating processes in the IT department

Requirements:

• Knowledge of OS MacOS, Windows, and Linux (at the level of reinstalling the system, installing and removing applications, setting up a network)
• Basic command line knowledge (sh, bash, cmd, powershell)
• Basic knowledge of network models (OSI, TCP / IP)
• Understanding how network protocols operate (DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, SSH, VPN)
• Ability to understand and solve problems

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of Bash and / or Python programming languages
