Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of human resources experience with proven work experience of implementation of HR projects
- In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a collaborative professional style;
- Self-starter, proactive with multitasking, attentive to details;
- Ability to meet deadlines in limited time;
- Confident and willing to go the extra mile.
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English both spoken and written
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for implementing the company strategy in recruitment and acquisition of professionals.
- Development and implementation of on-boarding and adaptation programs for all levels of employees including CIS countries.
- Talent retention, turnover management. Close cooperation with Head of functions. Regular turnover monitoring and preventive measures implementation.
- Drive employee engagement strategy, action plan creation and realizing.
- Employer brand development, both internal and external
- Design and implementation of Talent development program.
- Graduate recruitment, development of cooperation with universities.
- English language academy. Policy development, control and monitoring of the process
