Business insight manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market analysis and competitive intelligence
• Develop and leverage data and analytics to drive strategic and executional excellence across portfolio to continuously improve business performance
• Partner with Commercial, Portfolio and other teams as needed to gather requirements for reporting and analytics
• Analyse and translate business priorities/challenges into data performance metrics and reporting solutions for global commercial & operation teams
• Develop and analyse data to create dashboards
• Develop best practices and consistency of analyses across regions
• Advice / counsel around data reliability and readability (e.g. IQVIA/IMS MIDAS)
• Identify appropriate third-party data sources, where necessary, in order to improve the quality of specific ad-hoc analyses
• Support on ad-hoc requests/projects in a timely and accurate manner
• Provide key assumptions to support forecasting on marketed and pipeline products

PROFILE - BACKGROUND:

• 5+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Business analytics / Market Research / BI role in Healthcare companies or in management consulting in Healthcare
• Deep knowledge of the Pharma industry and within the Health Care Environment
• Experience in handling large and complex excel data analysis and project management tools
• Expertise in working with and analyzing various Pharmaceutical databases preferred, e.g., IMS/IQVIA
• International experience required or must be familiar with working internationally
• Experience in the Generics industry represents a plus
