Job description:

 

  • Manages the contracts flows for Acino IT
  • Manages IT purchase requests, invoices, accruals process for Acino OPEX and CAPEX
  • Prepare documents, business letters, presentations
  • Calendar planning, organization and coordination of meetings and events (invitation drafts, agenda, minutes, venue, etc.)
  • Travel support: arranging personal and business travel, visa application support, hotel arrangements etc.
  • Document turnover (agreements, all internal documents) and work with a large volume of information
  • Preparation and processing of various reports when necessary
  • Organization and preparation of different meetings
  • Сontrol over the quality of the service and analysis of the cost and conditions: courier, taxi, visa and travel agencies etc.
  • Organize the reception of visitors

 

 

Profile:

  • Higher education
  • Experience in the administrative field at least 3 years
  • Ability to work in a multitasking environment with strict deadlines
  • Team player, well organized, attentive to details, enthusiastic, quick learner
  • English language - advanced level in written and oral communication
  • Project Management skills will be a plus
  • Good knowledge of:
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Organization of documentation flow in the company
  • Rules of business communications
