Head of Digital Marketing (foreign markets, B2B)

Currently, we have an opening for a Head of Digital Marketing with a focus on promoting IT consulting services in the USA market. We are looking for creative and enthusiastic person to join our team!

Key goals and tasks:

• Develop current and launch new marketing channels of IT services selling in the USA 
• Lead generation sequences management
• Develop conversion strategies
• Create marketing & content writing strategies
• Create and maintain a content calendar
• Analyze marketing activities of our competitors
• Conversion growth hacking in B2B
• Create and manage campaigns (LinkedIn, Google ads, social networks etc.)
• Set and measure metrics (ROI and KPIs across all campaigns, etc.)
• Run a corporate blog, manage external publications, PR distribution, infographics
• Work with sales to write content for all digital channels
• Plan the budget for digital marketing initiatives
• Monitor market trends and competitors

Professional and personal qualities:

• 3+ years of successful experience in promoting IT or technological solutions/services abroad
• Experience with lead generation and sales instruments
• Demonstrated success in developing and managing effective social media targeted advertising campaigns
• Experience with writing articles and white papers
• Understanding of SEO
• Ability to work in a team and as an individual professional
• Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail
• Optimism in the face of challenges
• Ability to think “out of the box”
• Proactive
• Knowledge of English: Fluent or Advanced
