Due to the growing business, we are looking for an enthusiastic and prospective candidate to fulfill the position of Account Manager. At this position you will work with existing and potential B2B clients.

Position requirements:

  • Graduate in IT, computer science, cybernetics, marketing or economics
  • Willing to devote self to sales and business development career
  • Experience in communication with clients (administrative and / or technical support)
  • Experience in work with commercial documents
  • Experience in sales activities will be an advantage (cold calls, presales, sales)
  • Experience in making presentations, reports, webinars is highly appreciated
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Azure cloud platforms selling will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communicative, networking, presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset and logical thinking
  • Ability to work in a team and learn quickly
  • Positive, pro-active and self-motivated 
  • Fluent Ukrainian and Russian (written and spoken)
  • Intermediate English or higher

Main duties include following

  • Work with existing and potential clients, build lasting business relationships, cross-selling
  • Sales of Microsoft products and solutions such as, but not limited to, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
  • Work with contracts, accounts and payments
  • Work in CRM
  • Creation of marketing materials for sales support
  • Conducting webinars and demonstrations of Microsoft Office 365 for clients
  • Studying of new versions of Microsoft products with further certification
