Finance Coordinator (fluent German)

We are glad to announce our new opening for the role of a Finacial Coordinator (German speaking), who will support our Partner from Germany, well-known Healthcare company with a variety of coordination and finance tasks.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Ensuring basic day to day financial processes are carried out in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with Financial Control Systems & Procedures Manuals
• Support Healthcare DE in their use of Sage X3 ERP software
• Assist Group Finance in the execution of financial processes necessary for month end, year end and budgeting
• Order entry and customer invoicing Monitor accounts receivable and perform credit control activities to ensure prompt payment of customer invoices
• Monitor company purchase processes and accounts payable to ensure budget compliance and effective supplier relationships
• Liaise with external warehouse and logistics provider to ensure stock accuracy, take part in stock auditing processes and report on stock
• Provide sales and general performance reports to management using PowerBI and advanced Excel

KEY SKILLS

Essential

• Proven experience with Finance Administration with demonstrable technical skills
• Experience of MS Office with advanced Excel
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines to deliver results
• Comfortable with identifying, communicating and resolving issues
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good team player
• Reliable, tolerant, self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Fluency in German
• Competency in English
