BDO Centers LLC, a representative office of BDO Global, headquarted in Hamburg, Germany, invites an Accountant to join our financial team.

Our Accountant is:
- Responsible for keeping and interpreting financial records,
- In charge of payment processing and reporting,
- In charge of Company assets inventory,
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Statements and Transactions.
1.1. Manage and oversee all accounting transactions.
1.2. Ensure timely bank payments, deadlines control. Process payment in Client-bank.
1.3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
1.3. Audit financial transactions and documents.
2. Operational Payment Support.
- Responsible for timely payment to the vendors and suppliers.
- Make a check of documents with vendors, request corrections if needed.
- Payment processing in an accounting program.
- Collect payment acceptance acts for proper payment deals close.
- Communicate with the vendors, suppliers, request book-keeping documentary.
- Register the payments done, making reporting.
3. Payment registers.
- Enter financial papers into consolidated registers.
- Sustain archives in order.
4. Inventory.
- Responsible for Company’s assets inventory.
- Track inventory numbers.
- Update assets inventory data base.
Your skills:
- 2+ year-experience in a similar role,
- Upper-intermediate English,
- Very accurate and attentive to details.
