Supervisor of work on the site abroad

Stilles is a market-oriented company from Slovenia that exports 95% of its products to the global markets on average. Hotel furnishing projects comprise 93% of the company's sales structure, while the rest is made up by sales of its own brand of furniture and production of components for the caravanning industry. Stilles is capable of realisation of complex and comprehensive projects of hotel furnishing, of size more than 40,000 m, in a way that all the important procedures (development, technical documentation preparation, production, logistics, installation, coordination of sellers and supervision) are managed by the company itself. The company utilizes a wide range of materials - from wood through glass, stone, metal, leather, textile and various composites.

Due to the expanding scope and complexity of the business, we are looking for new associates:

Job description:

• Participation in constructing meetings.
• Representing the interests of the company in construction meetings.
• Preparation of time plans for works needed.
• Control of performed works.
• Organization of site logistics.
• Communication between site, production and project manager.
• Managing and coordination of assembly on the site.
• Preparing reports and proposals for corrections.
• Preparing handover documentation and financial reports.
• Other work by the instruction of superiors.

We expect:

Education: civil engineer, architect.

Work experience: 5 years of work experience at the operational management of construction sites.

Language knowledge: English, Russian.

Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Autocad.

Willingness to work in the field.

Flexibility and goal-reaching orientation.

Self-initiative person.
