Head of collections/early

We are COOL CREDIT, s.r.o., a Czech company, which provides clients with fast and comfortable online access to financial services. We have been active for six years as a very successful non- banking company. Our next location, where we plan to open a new branch, is Ukraine. The adaptation process will take place in Prague. Who are we looking for?

HEAD OF COLLECTIONS/EARLY

Do you have an experience with collecting receivables? Are you seasoned in leading a team of collection specialists? Would you like to create a team according to your preferences? Let's join us to build a new branch in Ukraine.

What you will be responsible for?

• Building and leading a team of a telephonic receivables connecting
• Accountability for administration clients'' portfolios in delay with active Precollection and Early Collection
• Determining strategy of the company in the area of collecting
• Directing and motivation specialist to fulfill set goals
• Evaluation of the quality of phone calls with clients
• Communication with external partners

What we expect from you?

• Complete, at least, secondary education
• Experience with team leadership
• Prior experience with telephonic collecting receivables and knowledge of collecting processes
• Organizational and communication abilities, assertive acting
• Proactive personality, enthusiasm to learn new things and capacity to take initiative
• You can speak English
